At PSG Academy British Columbia, we are committed to providing high-quality training and development opportunities for our players. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to maintain a fair and transparent refund policy.
1. Registration Fees
Full Refund: A full refund, with $30 admin charges will be issued if a written cancellation request is received at least 14 days before the program start date.
Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made 7-13 days before the program start date.$30 admin charges.
No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 7 days before the program start date or once the program has started.
2. Missed Sessions
There are no refunds or credits for missed training sessions, camps, or games due to personal reasons, illness, or scheduling conflicts.
In some cases, players may be eligible for a make-up session, depending on availability and at the academy’s discretion.
3. Injury & Medical Refunds
If a player is unable to participate due to a documented medical condition or injury, a pro-rated credit may be issued for future training sessions. A doctor’s note is required for verification.
Refunds will not be granted for injuries sustained outside of academy activities.
4. Program Cancellations & Academy-Initiated Refunds
If PSG Academy British Columbia cancels a program due to low enrollment, facility closures, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive:
A full refund, or
A credit toward a future program.
Weather-related cancellations will not be eligible for refunds. If possible sessions will be rescheduled to another day.
5. Tournament & Travel Fees
Deposits and payments for trips, tournaments, or special events are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
If a player withdraws after booking flights, hotels, or event fees, any refund will be subject to third-party vendor policies.
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Any payment disputes or chargebacks must be addressed with PSG Academy British Columbia before contacting your bank or payment provider.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees or the suspension of participation in future academy activities.
7. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] with the following details:
- Player’s name
- Program name
- Reason for cancellation
- Supporting documents (if applicable)
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
